DCP Prize Session

The Earl K. Plyler Prize will be awarded to Lai-Sheng Wang on Monday, March 3 at 2:30 PM in the Convention Center, Room 103/105. Dr. Wang will give a talk in this session entitled “Probing the Structural Evolution and Size-Dependent Reactivity of Gold Clusters by Photoelectron Spectroscopy.”

DCP Business Meeting

The Division Meeting at the 2014 March Meeting will be in Denver on Tuesday, March 4 at 5:45 PM in the Convention Center, room 103/105. All are welcome!

2014 Fellowship Nominations

We encourage the nomination for fellowship of deserving candidates. Nominations for 2014 APS Fellowship to be considered by the DCP Fellowship Committee should be made before the deadline, April 1, 2014. Please note the new, extended date for nominations. Instructions for submitting a nomination are included on the APS Fellows web page.

2015 Plyler, Broida, and Langmuir Prize Nominations

We welcome nominations for the Earle K. Plyler, Herbert P. Broida, and Irving Langmuir prizes, which will awarded in 2015. Details of the prizes and the nomination procedure may be found on the APS web sites.
