New England Section

The New England Section of the American Physical Society (APS-NES), established in 1932, is a network of Physicists from Academia, Industry, Government and individuals interested in Physics and related subjects. Its goal is to promote, disseminate and advance the knowledge and application of physics in the New England region of the United States. Membership in the APS-NES is open to all American Physical Society members.

Call for nominations for the APS New England Section Executive Committee. Please recommend yourself or others as possible candidates for election to the Executive Committee. Send your suggestions to Charles H. Holbrow (cholbrow@mit.edu).

Nominees and award and office holders are expected to meet standards of professional conduct and integrity as described in the APS Ethics Guidelines. Violations of these standards may disqualify people from consideration or lead to revocation of honors or removal from office.
